Room 22 have been learning about netball skills like drills and stretches. We have been doing it at the junior courts. We got started with a whole lot of dynamic stretches and drills with Emma. Emma was our instructor for netball training.

We were warming up with the dynamic stretches and drills. Some of the names were high knees. High knees is trying to lift your knees as high as you can. Our second stretch is kicking our own butts with our own feet and the last stretch was grape vine and that was really hard.

At last we were having a corner ball game of netball. It was really hard because the other team had very good players. There was team one and team two, I was in team two. Room 22 was trying their hardest to get the most scores. That was the first time I had ever played netball.
